The first thing you notice when you drive through our gate is our gorgeous 17-acre lake. Stocked with catch-and-release large-mouth bass, blue gill, and catfish, the lake affords some of the best fishing in the area. A convenient boat dock offers easy access to the whole lake. Nestled in the center of the lake is a small island that encourages waterfowl to nest. You can enjoy exciting fishing in the lake, or simply sit on the dock and take in the wildlife.

A fresh-water spring starts right on our property and feeds into Little Flat Creek, which flows for over 2 miles through the ranch, providing more opportunities for catch-and-release fishing.
